Leading partner in the biopharmaceutical bioprocess & manufacturing industry, providing clients with products and services to assist in the development and commercialization of drug products, both small-molecule APIs and biologics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call on bioprocessing/manufacturing facilities within biopharma accounts in Philly, NYC, and New Jersey areas; call points include Director and VP level, Product Development, Manufacturing, QC/QA, Sourcing and Planning
• Maintain and grow key accounts, while identifying new business opportunities with strategic long term value
• Map key contacts, decision makers, policies, organizational structure and product pipelines within key accounts
• Negotiate sales contracts and long term supply agreements
• Make recommendations to marketing for opportunities to increase market share and profitability

Qualifications:

• BS or MS in Life Sciences;
• Minimum of 5 years sales or BD experience in the life science industry
• Experience in cell culture, downstream processing, and knowledge of GMP manufacturing
• Established relationships within regional biopharma accounts
• Consultative sales approach; expert in negotiations, strategic selling and client retention
